Leonard Bus Sales Hosts Ribbon Cutting for its New Trans Tech Type-A Facility in Garden City Park, Long Island

May 14, 2013, Garden City Park, N.Y. – Leonard Bus Sales held the company’s official grand-opening for its new Trans Tech sales and customer support facility in Garden City Park, N.Y. on May 9th.  The new facility will provide service and support for Trans Tech Type-A school and commercial bus customers in the New York City metro area.

Welcoming Leonard Bus Sales to the Garden City Park business community were local leaders, including State Senator Jack Martins, Assemblyman Edward P. The 4,500 square foot Leonard Bus Sales, Inc. facility is located at 202 Thorens Ave in Garden City Park, N.Y.  It will include technicians specializing in the service and customer support of Trans Tech’s Type-A school and commercial buses. The facility will also be home to expert parts and sales professionals.  The maker of the Type-A school buses, Trans Tech, is located in Warwick (Orange County, N.Y.).  Trans Tech is also New York’s only school bus manufacturer.
