December 16, 2013, Saratoga Springs, N.Y. – Trans Tech Bus recently named Leonard Bus Sales the recipient of its “Dealer of the Year” Award. Trans Tech, a maker of Type-A school buses, is located in Warwick, Orange County, N.Y., and is New York’s only school bus manufacturer.
