February 10, 2014, Deposit, N.Y. – Leonard Bus Sales President Mike Leonard recently announced a realignment of several key positions into a new leadership team at Leonard Bus Sales focused on improving customer support and further integrating service and parts processes throughout the company.
“As we continue our pursuit of excellence across our organization, we compared ourselves to our peers and competitors to find best practices that could further enhance our customers’ experience,” said Mike Leonard. “We soon realized that putting additional focus on our operational processes will provide us the best opportunity to improve the already outstanding support we offer customers.”
Leonard’s new operations division will be headed by Chris O’Hara, who formerly served as operations manager for the company’s Saratoga Springs and Garden City Park locations. The team will also include Leonard Bus Sales’ Service Director Mark Ingham, who has shown superior leadership improving service across all company locations.
Mike Leonard concluded, “We’ve challenged this seasoned team of leaders to dive deep into all of our key processes and help us develop even more ways to support our customers.
